Our aim is that everyone on our sites goes home safe, and that our buildings are designed to be safe to live in.
Sustainability
Buildings that use less, last longer and respect the places and people around them.
Ethics and integrity
We obey the law as a minimum, refuse bribery in every form and deal fairly with everyone.
Inclusion
Equal opportunity for everyone, and places that people of every age and ability can use.

How we hold ourselves to account

Named owners
A designated partner is accountable for each responsibility.
Recorded and reviewed
Incidents, near misses and lessons are recorded and reviewed, and they change how we work.
Shared with partners
Our Partner Code of Conduct applies the same expectations to everyone who works with us.
Open to challenge
Anyone can report a concern in confidence, without fear of retaliation.
