How we plan, design and build
Market trends change quickly. Buildings stand for generations. Our approach is set by our standards, not by the market cycle.
Start with the land
Before we commit to any land, we check its title, approvals, and environmental and ground conditions, and record what we find.
Design for the people who live there
We design every home around the people who live in it, and around how it is looked after.
Engineer for safety
We treat the National Building Code of India as our minimum for structural and fire safety, and benchmark our designs against international practice.
Build responsibly
Every site is planned for the safety and welfare of the people working on it, and for its neighbours and the environment.
Hand over completely
Owners receive full documentation of what was built, how it was built and how to look after it.
