Report a concern
We hold ourselves and everyone who works with us to high standards. If you believe those standards are not being met, we want to know.

Who can report
Anyone. You do not need to work for Hazaar. Partners, contractors, workers on our sites, neighbours and members of the public can all raise a concern.
What to report
Tell us about anything that may break the law, our standards or our Partner Code of Conduct, including:
- unsafe work or conditions;
- bribery, fraud, kickbacks or conflicts of interest;
- mistreatment of workers, unpaid wages, child labour or forced labour;
- harm to the environment or to neighbours;
- falsified records, test results or certificates;
- misuse of personal data or confidential information;
- retaliation against someone who raised a concern.
How to report
Email info@hazaar.co.in with “Integrity” in the subject line. Tell us what happened, where and when, who was involved, and anything that may help us look into it. You may write without giving your name, although that can make it harder for us to follow up.
What happens next
- A designated partner reads every report marked “Integrity”.
- If you give us a way to reach you, we acknowledge your report.
- We look into the matter fairly and promptly, and take action where it is needed.
- Where we can, we tell you that the matter has been dealt with, though we may not be able to share details.
Confidentiality and protection
We treat every report in confidence and share it only with the people who need it to deal with the matter, or as the law requires. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, and we require the same of our partners.
We handle personal data in reports as our privacy policy describes.
Emergencies and other requests
- In an emergency, where someone is in immediate danger, call 112 (India’s emergency number) first.
- To use your rights over your personal data, see our privacy policy.
- For general enquiries, use our contact page.
