Our leadership

Hazaar Group LLP is led by its two designated partners. They set the company’s standards, take its significant decisions and answer for its compliance with the law.

Designated partners

The people accountable for Hazaar

Each is named on the public record of Hazaar Group LLP. In their own words, here is the company they are building.

Pawan Kumar Singhal

Designated Partner, Hazaar Group LLP

A home should be worthy of the trust a family places in it. I believe that is the reason Hazaar exists.

For many families, buying a home is the largest decision they will ever make. It carries their savings, their plans and their hopes for the years ahead. Anyone who asks for that trust has a duty to deserve it, long before and long after the day the keys change hands.

That is the kind of company I want Hazaar to be. It is a family business, and we think in decades, not quarters. We would rather take longer and do something properly than move quickly and leave others to live with the consequences.

We are at the beginning. We have chosen to set our standards first, and to grow only as fast as we can meet them. When we build, we want to be judged by how we treat people as much as by what we hand over.

Thank you for taking an interest in Hazaar. My partner and I intend to earn your trust, one decision at a time.

Hritik Kumar Singhal

Designated Partner, Hazaar Group LLP

The companies people trust most keep their word, especially when it costs them something. That is the company we want Hazaar to be.

I believe the way a company does its work matters as much as the work itself. A building can look finished on the day it is handed over; whether it was built well shows over the years that follow. So we try to make every decision as one we would still be glad to answer for 30 years from now.

Our standards are not something we hand to others while exempting ourselves. They apply to us first, and then to everyone who works with us, from the architects and engineers to every worker on site. If we would not accept something for our own family, we do not ask anyone else to accept it.

We also want to hear when we get something wrong. A company that listens, and acts on what it hears, gets better. Anyone can raise a concern with us in confidence, and I would always rather know than not.

Our ambition reaches across India and, in time, beyond it. Whatever we grow into, I want Hazaar to stay recognisably itself: careful, fair and straightforward to deal with. I look forward to the work ahead, and to the people we will do it with.

How leadership is held to account

Accountable in writing, by name

The same rules apply to the designated partners as to everyone at Hazaar, and they apply first. Read how we are governed.

  • Decisions in writing

Every significant decision is recorded, with a designated partner accountable for it.

  • Responsible under the law

Under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, the designated partners are responsible for the LLP’s compliance with the Act.

  • Bound first by our code

The designated partners follow the Code of Business Conduct first and set the example for everyone else.

  • Open to challenge

A designated partner reads every report marked “Integrity”. See Report a concern.
