Our trade marks

The Hazaar name, the word हज़ार and the Hazaar logo are trade marks used by Hazaar Group LLP. They identify our business, and we protect them so that no one is misled about who they are dealing with.

Using our name and logo

You need our written permission to use the Hazaar logo, or to use the Hazaar name in a way that suggests a connection with us. In particular:

  • You may refer to Hazaar by name in plain text to identify us accurately, for example in news reporting or commentary, as long as you do not suggest that we sponsor, endorse or work with you.
  • Never alter, redraw, recolour or animate the logo, or combine it with another name, logo or design.
  • Never use the Hazaar name, or a name confusingly similar to it, in a company or business name, a domain name, a social media account or a product name.
  • Never use our name or logo to advertise, offer or take bookings for any property or investment. Hazaar is not offering any property.

To ask for permission, email info@hazaar.co.in with “Intellectual property” in the subject, and tell us how and where you would like to use our name or logo.

The content and design of this website belong to Hazaar Group LLP or to the people who have licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, adapt or republish them without our written permission.

The portraits of our designated partners are AI-generated from their own photographs, with their consent, and are the only AI-generated images on this website. They may not be copied or reused.

You may link to any page of this website, as long as the link does not suggest that we endorse you, your content or your website.

We look into every report promptly, and we remove or correct material where it is needed. We handle personal data in reports as our privacy policy describes.
