Nothing on this website is an advertisement, offer, invitation or solicitation to buy, book, lease or invest in any real estate project or unit, and nothing on it may be relied on for that purpose.

Hazaar advertises, markets or offers a real estate project only after it is registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, as the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 requires. We do so only with the information that the Act and its rules require. Until then, no one is authorised to accept any booking, deposit, expression of interest or payment on Hazaar’s behalf.

Standards and frameworks

The standards described on this website are commitments Hazaar has adopted for its own work and for the people who work with it. Hazaar does not currently hold certification under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 37001 or any other standard, or a rating under any green building rating system. Where we name a standard or framework, we use it as a benchmark for how we work and do not claim to comply with all of it. The National Building Code of India is the exception: it is the minimum we design to. We state that we are certified only once a certificate has been issued.

The organisations that publish these standards and frameworks have not reviewed, approved or endorsed Hazaar. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
